Exchange and Return Policy

At Starlight Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following terms before submitting an exchange or return request.

Request Period

  • Within the Kingdom of Bahrain: Contact us within one day of receiving your order.
  • Outside the Kingdom of Bahrain: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

These periods apply to standard exchange and return requests and do not limit statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

Eligibility Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • The invoice or order number must be provided.
  • The item will be inspected before final approval.

Excluded Items

Used items, items with removed tags, accessories, and sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are defective or an incorrect product was supplied. This does not affect any applicable statutory rights.

Shipping Costs

  • For standard exchanges or returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • If a product is defective or an incorrect product was supplied, please notify us within two days of receipt. Once the issue has been verified, Starlight Fashion will cover the shipping costs.

How to Submit a Request

Contact us on WhatsApp at +973 3345 6116 and provide your order number, the reason for the request, and clear photographs if the product is defective or incorrect. Return instructions will be provided after the request has been reviewed.

Inspection and Refund

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the applicable conditions. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method and will appear according to the payment provider’s processing time.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights provided under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. In cases involving a defect or non-conformity, customers retain their statutory rights, including the right to request an exchange or return within 15 days where the relevant legal conditions apply.
